What We Do
- Steam clean at 212 degrees at 1000 psi
- Cover stoves, grills, ovens, and fryers with plywood and cardboard
- Take apart fans and remove any access panels in flue, as well as, take down filters
- Scrape grease from fans, flues and area behind filters
- Drape off hood area with plastic sheeting and spray with degreaser prior to steam cleaning
- Steam clean fan blades, housing, drip pans, and outside of exaust fan
- Steam clean flue (if there is access from top), catching greasy water in large trash can
- Put fans and access panels back together
- Separate grease from water and dispose of grease in approved grease receptacle or take off site
- Chemically wash area behind filters either manually or power-wash depending on which is most effective
- Put filters back in
- Check fans for loose belts, bad bearings or any unusual vibration
- Clean-up, leaving work area cleaner than we found it
